Is email really included?
Absolutely! Your plan includes at least one email address (check plan for the number of email addresses). However, if you want true collaborative email with tasks, calendars, emails, and file sharing you may pay for that through our system or through Microsoft or Google. Of course, we will get it all set up for you.
Who designs my site?
It’s up to you!
Enjoy being creative? We will set up the initial template and you can make it your own using the drag-and-drop editor—the same one we use.
Want to leverage our expertise? For a very reasonable fee we can create your site for you so you can focus on what you do best – running your business.
Do I pay for updates?
As part of our agreement with Naturally Lewis, your original site design is our gift to you. After that, we provide tutorials to help you update the site yourself. Alternatively, you’ll have the option to pay us to do it for you.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 14 days we will refund you the monthly fee. However, the setup fee cannot be refunded. If you received a special price though Naturally Lewis, no refunds can be offered.
Do you offer discounts?
Actually, we do! The first 20 business that are referred to us through Naturally Lewis will receive a discount off the setup and monthly fees. We also offer bonus discounts for referrals!
Can I use my own domain name?
At this time that is not possible. We are working on this feature for a future update to the platform. Additional fees will be incurred to have your own domain.
